Episode 166: Paranormal Prairie with Joe Trury and Chad Lewis

This week we are off on a paranormal road trip around some of Illinois most haunted locations outside of Chicago in the company of our good friends director Joe Trury and Chad Lewis.

Joe’s latest documentary, Paranormal Prairie, takes us on a journey around the Prairie States less well known haunted hotspots that deserve a wider audience.

We head down to the area of high strangeness that surrounds Williamsburgh Hill, which seems to be home to all sorts of phenomena from cryptids, to strange lights, UFO’s and of course ghosts. One of which seems to try and entice children to come and play in the afterlife.

Greenwood cemetery also hosts some supernatural residents and we also take a trip to Alton’s infamous Mineral Springs Hotel, meet a haunted statue, brave the Seven Gates of Hell before meeting the scariest spectre the state hosts, that of the murderess Julia Markham.

A big thank you as always to Chad and Joe for joining me once more.
